To ensure a perfect fit, please confirm the following:

1. Desk with Underframe: Ensure the contact surface width between the clip plate and metal rim is greater than or equal to 50mm (1.97 inches).

2. Desk with Side Panel: Ensure the distance between the desktop edge and the side panel is greater than or equal to 60mm (2.37 inches).

3. Desk with Back Panel: Ensure the depth between the desktop and back panel is greater than or equal to 100mm (3.94 inches).

The gas spring is pre-set to minimum tension and will need to be adjusted according to the weight of your monitor once it is mounted.

If your monitor's VESA pattern is not 75x75mm or 100x100mm, you can purchase a VESA adapter. Additionally, if your monitor is heavy or your desktop is thin, we recommend getting a desk reinforcement plate (model: MU0038) to prevent damage to your desk.
